That’s what working at AMPHS is all about. You decide and create your own agenda, delegate your own tasks, and determine your own priorities. You develop your own projects and work on your own programs. However, while doing all this, you are still an integral part of your team. Whether as a team member or a team leader, you are treated with mutual respect across the board. During the week, you work on projects at your own pace, meeting predetermined deadlines and achieving project milestones according to your plans. However, during the workdays, you come together with the rest of your team members, taking part in dynamic meetings and conferences with both colleagues and senior management staff alike.
